4. User Responsibilities
Users must not submit false information or another person's information.
Users must not disrupt the site, compromise security, scrape data without authorization, or distribute malicious code.
Users must not submit unlawful, defamatory, rights-infringing, or unsolicited promotional content.
5. Changes and Service Restrictions
Operated brands, external links, and service information may change with operating conditions. Features may be temporarily restricted due to server or network incidents, security work, third-party service conditions, or events beyond reasonable control.
6. Intellectual Property and External Sites
Rights to ESTATION logos, copy, images, and site composition belong to Pite Company or their respective owners. Transactions and personal-data processing on linked shopping malls are governed by each site's policies and responsibilities.
